Attila Holoda

Managing Director, Aurora Energy Kft.

He graduated from the Gubkin University of Oil and Gas in Moscow with a degree in mining engineering in 1989. In 2000 he obtained an MBA in finance from the Budapest University of Economics.
He started his career as a production engineer at MOL's predecessor in 1989. Until 2012, he held various middle and senior management positions in research and production management, investment projects, maintenance management and procurement areas.
In the meantime, he spent two years as a representative of MOL and deputy Hungarian CEO in MOL Upstream's first joint venture abroad in Kazakhstan.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Croatian INA d.d. (2009-2011) and of MMBF Zrt. (2007-2009).

Between 2009 and 2012 he was president of the Hungarian Mining Association.

In 2012, he worked at the Ministry of National Development in the position of Deputy State Secretary for Energy.

Since 2013, he has been running his own professional consulting firm.
